Poppy Sophia is Energy Alchemist and respected teacher of the subtle and healing arts. A leading voice in the newly emerging healing modality of Seichim, She has dedicated the past 11 years of her life to mastering the sacred art of energy healing.

Her work weaves with traditional and contemporary approaches to energetic illumination and wellbeing, while her extensive study of the teachings of the Goddess helps her to create unique and profound spaces for personal and collective transformation.

Guided by the changing of the seasons and the medicine of the Earth, Poppy’s highly attuned sessions and trainings leave her clients and students deeply informed, inspired and empowered.

As an educator, Poppy is known for her depth of knowledge, clarity of teaching, and ability to make the unseen  realms accessible and practical. Her grounded presence and compassionate approach to teaching have established her as a trusted guide and leading voice in the field of holistic and energetic healing.

Currently, Poppy lives and practices on the lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, also known as Melbourne with her partner and son. She would like to pay her respects to the past, present and emerging ancestors of these lands, and express her gratitude to the wosdom and beauty of the country.
