Reiki is an ancient + sacred energy healing system whose gentle, healing medicine has touched the lives of millions of people around the world. Anybody can learn Reiki, as the training process unlocks natural gifts that may have laid dormant in the healer for years

Due to its gentle nature, Reiki can be used on everyone from babies to the elderly. Receiving Reiki can help with a multitude of issues + works holistically on all levels - mental, physical, emotional + spiritual.

THE 3 LEVELS OF REIKI

REIKI LEVEL 1

At Reiki level 1 you learn how to work with & heal your own energy bodies through gentle, healing practises. This level places you at the centre of your practise, highlighting the importance of self-healing & cultivating a life of balance & compassion.

REIKI LEVEL 2

Reiki level 2 is a beautiful deepening into your healing practise. At this level you receive the 3 sacred symbols that amplifying the amount of healing you are able to share. You will also learn how to send healing remotely to people, places + events - an amazing tool during such transformative times.

REIKI master TEACHER

Sharing the medicine of Reiki is such a gift and many practitioners feel the call to learn how to teach so that they can attune others. This journey is one of self-mastery + devotion to the healing arts, for the uplifting of the self + of humankind.

Us humans have an incredible ability to channel amplified life-force energy through our bodies, + specifically, our hands. Energy healing modalities such as Reiki + Seichim help strengthen our natural healing gifts and offer structure to our practise.

These workshops to be more than just a training. They are an opportunity to experience profound healing, connect with yourself at a deeper level + to receive tools that will support you for many years to come. The are powerful, transformative + magical.

All of SOLs in-person activations include a ceremonial Cacao experience. Cacao opens the heart + allows for much healing in a multitude of ways. You will also receive a lovingly curated healing gift pack to take home with you, a healing manual full of information to support your healing practice, a delicious + nourishing vegan/vegetarian lunch, certificate of completion + on-going support.
