What is Reiki?
Reiki translates as ‘Universal Spirit of Life’ – the energy that is continuously flowing through and around every living thing. Reiki promotes healing by activating the relaxation response and helping to accelerate the bodies natural ability to heal itself. Similar to recharging a battery, Reiki is the channeling of high-vibrational energy into you aura, chakras and meridians. Reiki is is a natural tool that can be used to help us cope with the stresses of every day life, and works on all aspects of a person by bringing the mind, body and spirit back into alignment. Reiki works on all planes – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
It has been proven that receiving Reiki affects brain waves by transforming consciousness in the same way that meditation does – the breath deepens, stress levels in the body drop, and oxygenated blood flows freely, aiding the detoxification of the body, mind and soul.
When you receive a Reiki healing, you are being brought back into a state of harmony with the universe. Its calming effect will leave you feeling lighter, happier and connected. Reiki is a wonderful tool to use alongside modern medicine and other therapies, as it supports the physical body during the healing process.

Who is Reiki safe for?
Reiki is a safe for everyone - babies, the elderly, pregnant women & those experiencing illness.
Is Reiki a substitute for medical healing?
Reiki is NOT a substitute for medical healing. Reiki is a complementary therapy designed to help the client relax. Do not discontinue prescribed medication unless told to do so by your doctor and always seek medical advice when in doubt.
How often should I have a Reiki session?
Depending on what your needs and intentions from these sessions are, a Reiki treatment can be received as often as weekly, or a few times a year. My personal suggestion is to continue shining at your brightest, aim for one monthly - you will see a difference!
What to expect
During a Reiki session you can expect to feel safe, energetically held, supported and relaxed. It is likely that you might fall asleep - snores are welcome!

What is Seichim?
Seichim is the yin to the Yang of Reiki - a gentle and loving energy healing system that focuses on opening the heart.
Who is Seichim safe for?
Seichim is safe for everybody, regardless of age, gender or overall health.
Who can learn Seichim?
Anyone can learn Seichim, however it is suggested that you are attuned to Reiki Level 2 before learning Seichim as you will be working with symbols.
Can I incorporate Reiki and Seichim into my healing practise?
Absolutely. Both Reiki and Seichim are beautiful healing modalities to weave into your current practise and offerings.
Is Reiki and Seichim safe for pregnant women?
Reiki and Seichim are 100% natural and safe for pregnant women. Babies and mamas-to-be love energy healing
How can I learn to be a Reiki healer?
In Reiki there is a 3 step learning process. Level 1, 2 and masters
How long should I wait between Reiki level 1 + 2 attunements?
It is suggested that you allow for at least 3 months between Level 1 + Level 2 to allow the attunements to fully integrate
When should I start thinking about my Reiki masters?
Reiki masters is an incredible journey that will deepen your knowledge and connection to Reiki. It is suggested that you allow two+ years after Level 2 before doing your masters and have a strong spiritual practise.
