The intention behind our Seichim Full Moon Illumination Retreat is to co-create a space of profound rest & relaxation for you to integrate the experiences of the year in a beautiful setting with wonderful people.

We understand the importance of safe, peaceful spaces for deep restoration so that the spark of the Divine may speak more clearly to us through the channels of our own body.

Join Reiki & Seichim Master teacher Poppy Sophia for 3 nights & 4 days of soul-nourishing rejuvenation in a little fishing village just outside of Pula, Istria.

The retreat will be held at a beautiful, secluded property set inside an old Roman quarry, a perfect setting for 4 days of multi-dimensional magic.

Each day we will rise with the sun and head to the pool for our intention setting and heart-blessing Cacao Ceremony, followed by our morning yoga and meditation practise. Once you have fully arrived in your body, you may like to have a refreshing dip in the crystalline pool and soak up some early morning rays, wander into the surrounding woodland to forest bathe or find a quiet spot to journal and reflect.

Our days will be a gentle mix of spiritual practise, self & group healing shares, soul-calming meditation, illuminating breath-work, water initiation as we swim in crystal-clear waters, sunrise and sunset gazing, energy healing & embodiment practises, sitting in sacred circle, elemental connection, dancing & connecting with other souls with a similar frequency as you.

We will have time to explore the beautiful Adriatic coast, eat beautiful fresh, local produce & learn about the fascinating history of Istria.

Mother Nature and her gifts will be our biggest ally as we sit with different plant spirits, bathe under the sun, moon & stars, explore the power of the elements through ceremony & connect deeper to the rhythm of the earth beneath our feet.

The Adriatic coast of Croatia is renowned for its crystal clear waters and Mediterranean landscape. The property where the retreat will be held is tucked away, surrounded by trees and nature - a try hidden slice of heaven.
