WHAT IS REIKI?

The magic of LEARNING reiki

Reiki is an ancient healing system brought to us in the early 1900’s by Dr Mikao Usui, a Japanese healer, teacher and student of the Spiritual arts. He received the Reiki attunements while meditating on Mount Kurama.

Anybody can learn Reiki, regardless of age, gender, or religious background. Reiki is an incredible healing tool that supports us on all levels - mental, physical, spiritual & emotional.

When you learn Reiki, you deepen your understanding of subtle energy medicine, how to heal with vibration & the importance of energetically based-healing practise. Learning Reiki truly is a life changing experience which brings with it so much opportunity to deepen our connection to ourselves & the world around us.

Learning Reiki can help shifts blocks that exist within the physical, mental & emotional bodies, helping high-vibrational, healing energy to flow as it should.

School of Light offers 3 levels of Reiki training, all carefully & lovingly curated to support everybody from the novice to the intermediate practitioner.

THE 3 LEVELS OF REIKI

    REIKI LEVEL 1

    At Reiki level 1 you learn how to work with & heal your own energy bodies through gentle, healing practises. This level places you at the centre of your practise, highlighting the importance of self-healing & cultivating a life of balance & compassion.

    REIKI LEVEL 2

    Reiki level 2 is a beautiful deepening into your healing practise. At this level you receive the 3 sacred symbols that amplifying the amount of healing you are able to share. You will also learn how to send healing remotely to people, places & events - an amazing tool during such transformative times.

The MAGIC OF Seichim

The word Seichim comes from the ancient Egyptian word ‘Sekhem’ meaning ‘Universal Energy and Power’. It is a Light-based energy healing system whose roots are as old as time.

The impact of Seichim is being felt by many as we move through 2022. We are experiencing global themes around love of the Self and others through the experience of Divine Union, spiritual remembrance, elemental initiation & bloodline healing.

Receiving Seichim in a healing helps us to trust ourselves & our journey. It is a Mother, Lioness, Warrior energy that offers us strength & compassion, especially in times of hardship. Seichim works on all levels - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual & within it there is great focus on the balancing of the solar and lunar energies of the self, resulting in a deep synergy & illumination from within the heart-space. It is a parent energy healing system which means that it encompasses many subtle messages of love, compassion, strength, creation, fertility, death, rebirth & eternal life.

Magic & healing is our birthright. Seichim helps us remember that. It is a gift, planted by the Primordial Mother, incubating in the darkness of the cosmic womb for eons, waiting for this moment to reemerge.
