Here at SoL we understand that in order to drop fully into our healing potential we must be supported in a space that helps us feels safe. We also acknowledge the fact that healing, like life, is not linear. It is this knowledge that drew us to create this sacred online space, as a place for those who hear the call of energetic realignment to gather and receive beautiful, grounded & transformative energy medicine.
Every class, meditation & training we offer draws on ancient, natural & organic healing to help increase awareness, develop intuition and deepen your connection to yourself & the world around you.
It is our intention to offer an extensive range of transformative and educational resources that focus on subtle energy healing techniques, tailored for the novice to the master.

Our STory
School of Light is the love child of Poppy Sophia, Reiki Master Teacher, Master of the Healing Arts, Soul Doula, Energy Mentor & Cosmic Meditation Guide.
After being guided to create SOL while in Bali, Poppy decided to leave her life in Melbourne, Australia & return back to the UK to birth a very special healing timeline, ‘SCHOOL OF LIGHT’.
Drawing on her 8 years of personal healing experience, it is Poppy’s intention to normalise energy healing as a grounded & powerful way of alchemising stagnant energy to help empower & consciously co-create a more balanced, healthy & inclusive world.
Healing is not easy. It is a ever-growing journey that will take you deep into yourself, nudging you to let go of that which is no longer yours in order to align with what is truly meant for you.
