Who is this workshop for?
If there is anything that I have learnt over the past 8 years of holding space it is that the more deeply nourished you are on a physical, spiritual, emotional & energetic scale the more you can give to those around you.
I am as a facilitator + vessel for healing energy, the more I am able to pour into the cups of others.
After experiencing extreme burn out 3 years ago, I have been on a deeply personal journey of self-care, cultivating stronger practises of self-awareness + self compassion to honour my boundaries + protect my energy. It is my joy to share these beautiful practises with you, as you carve out 2 hours of your life to receive some of the beautiful energy that you share with the world around you.
