Reiki level 1 is all about activating your bodies natural ability to conduct and direct universal, healing energy.
Through a series of attunements (the process you need to experience in order to re-open the energy channels necessary for channeling Reiki energy), the chakras are opened, cleansed and activated, which allows healthy and high-vibrational energy to flow freely around the body.
Reiki level 1 is a life-changing experience which can clear emotional and energetic blocks that may have been carried for lifetimes, supporting the overall health and well-being of the body, mind and spirit and acts as a catalyst for positive and long-lasting change.

Poppy is a Light weaver & Reiki Master Teacher who is honoured to share the gift of Reiki with those who hear the call. She has been teaching people how to heal with their hands for over 6 years and has attuned hundreds of people to the Usui Reiki Healing system all over the world, many who have gone on to open their own successful healing practises.
