We will move through a series of breath-work practises to soften the edges + deepen the breath, sip on the heart medicine of mama Cacao to help open the throat + speak our truth, align ourselves with the sacred directions + elements + move deeper into a space of trust with the universe.

We will explore specific themes in the collective, weaving aspects such as astrology, energy healing, conscious communication, breath work, intention setting + deep listening into a beautiful tapestry of energy alchemy.

The practise of deep listening + sharing in circle nourishes the soul + offers a powerful opportunity to witness + be witnessed.
