What to Expect:

Sound has been used since the beginning of time to gently shift stagnant energy. During this event, Mike will use a wealth of incredible instruments and healing frequencies to lovingly reconnect and realign energetic networks in and around the body.

Weaving with the energy medicine of Reiki and Seichim, Poppy will visit participants throughout the evening while in rest offering the vibrational medicine of the earth and the stars. These beautiful and gentle light-based healing modalities have been channeled by healers and space holders over eons to support the rebalancing of the self and restore energetic flow through the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical parts of the self. They are ancient, powerful, and organic, which may leave one feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded. Energy medicine unifies all parts of ourselves through conscious focus, divine presence, and unconditional love.

A delicious, organic Rose tea will be served during the event to help with grounding into the heart. The Rose is a universal symbol of unconditional and everlasting love, gently working to open and activate the physical and sacred heart.

About you facilitators:

Mike Thompson founder of Onaya Wellness - @onayawellness

Mike has spent the last 8 years exploring healing modalities, eastern philosophies and spiritual practices. Having spent extended time in South America, China, India and other countries. Mike immersed himself in the practices of Tai Chi/Qigong, various schools of Yoga, studied eastern philosophies and trained in several healing modalities such as Reiki, Sound healing, breathwork and Myofascial Energetic Release. Mike began his journey with sound in Nepal where he trained in the use of singing bowls, he then continued his training in India adding the Gong and tuning forks. Since then he has added an array of beautiful instruments and honed his craft through group workshops and 1 on 1 sessions.

Poppy Sophia Ridley of SOL - @school_of_light

Poppy Sophia Ridley is a London-born healer, mystic, ceremonial space holder, and teacher of the healing arts. She guides individuals through profound personal transformations with the support of subtle energy medicine.

Having initiated hundreds of people into the Usui Reiki healing system, Poppy is now gaining recognition for her work with Seichim—often referred to as the “power of powers” and the parent of all hands-off healing systems. Her passion lies in highlighting the role of energy healing systems like Reiki and Seichim as essential components of overall health and well-being.

Poppy’s work spans the globe, where she facilitates retreats, training programs, mentoring, and coaching. She is an established and well-known Reiki and Seichim Master Teacher, meditation guide, channel, and Ayurvedic doula. Deeply committed to the sacredness of birth work and earth-based spiritual practices, she bridges ancient traditions with modern healing techniques, inspiring others to connect with their innate power and vitality.
