Join Poppy live for our monthly online members meet up. Held on the last Sunday of each month, every class will have its own themes and energetics which we will tune into, discuss and meditate on.

This is a powerful opportunity to connect with other SOL members and to share and receive thoughts, feelings and feedback with a group of like minded souls.

The first class will be themed around the bliss of being in the present moment.

Each months circle will be help online via zoom at 10am BST (GMT).
