In the chaos of an ever-changing world, how can we find inner peace?

Through the gentle beat of the heart.

Life experiences can deeply affect our self-confidence and the beliefs we hold around our own ability to give & receive un-conditional love. Over time we build up protective layers around our heart, leaning away from experiences that might just have the power to totally transform our lives.

This 21 day online journey is an invitation to begin to un-pack these blockages through gentle, healing practices & self-reflection. The first step of healing is acknowledgement & when we create space in our lives to look at & understand why we hold certain beliefs, we create huge space for energy alchemy.

If you are truly ready to open your heart, to carve out a few moments in your day for meditation, gentle movement & healing, to put yourself first & to release blocks you may have held for lifetimes, this course is for you.

COURSE CONTENT

Each Tuesday for the duration of the journey we will gather online at 10.30am GMT to do our practice, receive the next weeks teachings & share our experiences. If you are unable to attend the live meet up a recording of the session will be sent to you to watch at your leisure.
