Welcome to SOL

Academy of Energy Medicine for Healers & Mystics

School of Light is a sanctuary for women who are ready to set down the “nice girl” mask, trust the gift in their hands, and step fully into the healer they have always been.

You don't need one more certification to prove you're ready. You need a space that finally treats your gifts as real - because they are, and they always have been.

MEET YOUR TEACHER
EXPLORE TRAININGS

IF YOU ARE HERE, YOU ALREADY KNOW.

Something in you has been quietly calling for a long time.

This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you were before you were told to dim your light.

HOW WE WORK

Mystical in spirit.
Grounded in practice.

Here, the sacred is taught with your feet on the earth. No performing, no pretending, just the truth of what this medicine is woven with the tools to help anchor + share its medicine.

  • Sacred, with structure

Ceremony and lineage, held inside clear teaching you can actually follow.

  • Your body as the instrument

Healing lives in the hands, the breath and the nervous system - not just the mind.

  • Real practice, real support

  • You won’t be left alone with a manual. You’ll practise, be witnessed and be guided.

Meet THE FOUNDER

Hi, I'm Poppy.

I'm a teacher, mentor and guide for women who were born to heal, and who are ready to stop hiding that gift and step fully into their light.

I know what it’s like to be the good girl, the peacekeeper, the one who holds it all together. I also know what happens when you finally let your gifts breathe.

For 15 years I've held space for energetic alchemy, beginning with Reiki and, in more recent years, devoting myself to the path of Seichim. Through gentle invocation, deep meditation and subtle energy medicine, I guide those who hear the call of the Primordial Mother to meet Her in Her Temple of healing.

It's my joy to share this medicine, and to welcome you into School of Light.

With love, Poppy
